Those Interesting People, Supervision

Supervision that stays alongside your practice.

Regular 90-minute supervision across the year, with the annual cost spread across 12 monthly payments rather than paid session by session.

Because we work together over time, I get to know you and the threads running through your work. We can pick things up again as they develop, rather than starting from scratch each time.

Supervision for the whole practice of being a coach.

Between sessions, you go back into the work. You see clients again. You try things. You notice what shifts and what still needs thinking about.

That gives us more to pick up when we meet again.

Making your supervision work with the practice you actually have.

Individual Supervision

Two straightforward ways to work together 1:1.

Same relationship, different spacing, with the annual cost split across 12 monthly payments by direct debit.

Quarterly

4 × 90-minute sessions over 12 months

£75 per month

£900 across the year

About every 2 months

6 × 90-minute sessions over 12 months

£112.50 per month

£1350 across the year

Need something else?

Excellent. These are starting points, not boxes to squeeze yourself into.

We’ll talk about your practice, what you want from supervision and what makes sense in real life, then agree the shape from there.

Your practice doesn’t need to fit my pricing menu.

Small Group Supervision

Small group. Plenty of room to think.

Maximum 3 coaches

8 × 90-minute sessions over 12 months

£50 per month

£600 across the year – which equals £75 per session.

Your work, seen from more than one angle.

You bring what’s live in your practice and learn from what the other two coaches bring too.

I match groups rather than simply fill spaces. The aim is enough common ground to build trust, with enough difference to bring perspectives you might not reach on your own.

IF WHAT YOU’VE GOT IS WORKING,

KEEP IT.

A strong supervisory relationship is worth holding onto.

If you’re looking for something different, my supervision makes room for the whole reality of being a coach: the client work, your response to it, the system around it and the things happening outside the session that are shaping the work.

Neuroinclusive thinking comes as standard, and I draw on different approaches and techniques depending on what’s useful rather than expecting you or your coaching to work in one prescribed way.

Commercial reality can belong in the conversation too. If the work shifts into business development rather than supervision, we’ll name that and contract for it separately.

I’ve completed my ILM Level 7 in Coaching Supervision because supervision is a professional discipline in its own right.

Some things can’t wait

Need supervision sooner?

Some things are better brought into supervision before the next planned session. That could be a safeguarding concern, a contracting decision that needs making, or something from the work that is sitting heavily with you.

Timely doesn’t have to mean dramatic. If something needs thinking through now rather than being left to linger, get in touch.

If we already work together, where the diary allows we can bring your next session forward or add another one.

Additional session for ongoing supervisees

90 minutes | £225

If you don’t currently have an ongoing supervision relationship:

One-off supervision

90 minutes | £250

No annual commitment.

Talk to Jen about a supervision session

And the accreditation bit…

Professional-body requirements vary by body, accreditation level, route, coaching volume and supervision format.

Bring your current requirements to our first conversation and we’ll factor them into what we agree.

You remain responsible for checking the current requirements of your own professional body.

Start with a chat.

You don’t need to choose an option before we speak.

Tell me what your practice looks like and what you want from supervision. We’ll work out what makes sense and whether we’re a good fit.

If the useful answer is a different kind of support, or a different supervisor, we can work that out too.
