Interesting people.
Very good at what they do.
We’re not all the same, and we don’t all do the same work. Sometimes one person is exactly right. Sometimes two or three of us bring something better together. And sometimes the right person isn’t one of us at all.
Fit before ego. Always.

Jen Smith
· Founder · Supervisor of Coaches · Coach · Mentor · Neuroinclusion & Accessibility Specialist ·
Jen is usually the first person you’ll meet. She brings coaching, supervision, mentoring, business experience and specialist neuroinclusion and accessibility work together with a knack for noticing what’s being said – and what isn’t.
She’s worked with more than 200 businesses and is particularly good at asking the useful question, finding connections other people miss and adapting the work to the human in front of her.
Kerry-Sue Peplow
· Executive Assistant · Queen of Getting Things Done ·
Kerry-Sue is the person who helps turn good intentions into things that actually happen.
Once you’ve had your first conversation with Jen and worked out what comes next, Kerry-Sue keeps the practical pieces moving – contracts, payments, diaries, booking links and the hundred-and-one details that make working together feel straightforward.
She works across both Those Interesting People and Think it Out, bringing calm, organisation and an impressive ability to keep several highly enthusiastic brains pointing roughly in the same direction.

Dr Iain Price
· Founder · Executive & Team Coach · Trainer · Neuroscientist · Author · Keynote Speaker ·
Iain brings thoughtful challenge, leadership experience, applied neuroscience, a deeply human coaching style and often, a huge load of fun. He’s particularly strong where leadership, teams, founders, change or complex thinking are in the mix.
Iain is also the founder of Think it Out, his own distinct business. He and Jen work together when the combination genuinely makes the work better.
Liz Walker
· Executive Coach · Facilitator · General Counsel · Board Trustee ·
Liz brings warmth, practical judgement and deep experience of professional environments. She’s a particularly strong fit where leadership, law, charities, facilitation or the realities of people working together matter.
Liz also has founded her own coaching, facilitation and training business, Hirondelles Consultancy as well running her ‘side hustle’ – The Hat Thing.

None of us needs things tidying up before they arrive. We’re quite happy with real people, real conversations and, where available, a decent slice of cake.
We don’t work in silos.
Some work is better with more than one perspective.
That might mean Jen and Iain working together, Jen and Liz, all three practitioners, or bringing in specialist expertise from the wider network.
Between us, we know excellent people across social media and marketing, HR, design, websites and digital, data, systems, coaching, supervision and facilitation – and plenty more besides.
We bring people together when it makes the work better.
If somebody else is the better fit, we’d rather connect you to them than keep work we shouldn’t.
Who should be in the room?
You don’t need to work that out before you contact us. Tell us what’s going on. We’ll help work out who might be useful.
