Different people need different things to be brilliant at what they do.
We help organisations understand what helps people work brilliantly, then turn that understanding into practical neurodiversity training, better working practices and support that makes sense for the people and the work.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before we talk
One Size Fits No One™
We’re brilliantly adaptable. What works for us can change all the time.
Someone can be brilliant at something at 10am and find the same thing almost impossible by noon.
Capacity changes. Focus and enthusiasm shift. So do energy, stress, pain, the task, the environment and everything else going on around us.
Neuroinclusion isn’t a standard list of adjustments. It’s understanding what the work genuinely requires, what helps the humans doing it, and where there is room for useful choice.
What helps one person may make things harder for another.
The aim isn’t to find the inclusive way to work.
It’s to find what works here, with these people, doing this work.
If you’re neurodivergent and you’ve been asked to find the training…
You are not the training material.
We can help your colleagues understand neurodiversity without turning you into the case study.
You don’t have to explain yourself, represent every neurodivergent person or sit there while everyone learns a list of traits and occasionally looks in your direction.
We won’t assume that what works for you works for everybody else either.
You’re one of the humans in the room. The learning belongs to everyone.
What can we help with?
Neurodiversity Training
For teams, managers and organisations, from introductions to deeper follow-up work.
Managers and Teams
Practical support around communication, expectations, competing needs and how work actually gets done.
Organisational Neuroinclusion
Looking at systems, environments, accessibility and working practices. COPE may be part of this.
Neuroinclusive Coaching
Individual, group or team coaching that understands difference without making neurodivergence the whole story.
Neuroinclusive Mentoring
For individuals, organisations and internal mentoring programmes, with difference, context and the whole human in view.
Neuroinclusive Supervision
For coaches and other practitioners who want reflective space that already understands neurodivergence and inclusive practice.
You might come to us asking for one of these and discover the useful work overlaps with another. That’s entirely normal here.
Provision isn’t the same as inclusion
Policies, adjustments, training and support can all be useful.
The real test is whether they help people be brilliant at what they do.
We can design for difference without needing diagnosis or disclosure.
Some things at work genuinely need to stay fixed. Others only look fixed because nobody has questioned them yet.
We can help you find where there’s more room to flex than you thought, without losing sight of what the work needs.
Then help you create it in a way that works for your business.
“Working with Jen gave me the permission to rip up the rules I was forcing myself into and start again.”
Already worked with one of us?
We don’t have to go back to slide one.
If you’ve worked with Jen, Iain or Liz before, we can pick up from where we left off.
That might mean going deeper, working with a different group, revisiting things in a new context or applying the learning to what’s happening now.
Start with what’s happening.
You might be looking for neurodiversity training.
You might have a team, management or organisational question.
Or you might be here because you’re the person looking for support.
Tell us what’s going on. We’ll work out what kind of help makes sense and who is best placed to provide it.
Looking for support for you?
Explore coaching, mentoring, supervision or talk to us if you have Access to Work funding for coaching or workplace support.
