Coaching that has time to go somewhere.
Individual coaching usually starts with six 60-minute sessions. More focused three-session work is there when the brief is tighter.
We’ll agree the right starting point before anything is booked.
Looking for coaching for a group, team or people across your organisation?
WHY MORE THAN ONE CONVERSATION?
Because trying it tells you more than talking about it.
Coaching doesn’t stop when the session does.
You take what came up, use it, test it, leave bits behind, and find out what actually holds up once work and life get involved.
Then the next conversation has more to build on.
That’s why we usually work over a few sessions rather than treating coaching as a series of standalone hours.
HOW it works
One size fits no one.
We don’t force you into a format.
We’ve got enough experience between us to know there’s more than one way to do good coaching, so the way we work can flex around what helps you engage with it.
Neuroinclusive and accessible practice is part of how we always work.
You do not have to squeeze yourself into our preferred way of coaching. Squeezing never works.
Who will coach you?

You’ll usually speak to Jen first
From there, you might work with Jen, Iain, Liz or somebody else from the wider Those Interesting People network.
Different coaches bring different experience, styles and ways of thinking. Chemistry matters as much as credentials, so we pay attention to both.
You won’t be passed around between people once the work starts.
Once the match is made, that coaching relationship is yours.
We match the coach as carefully as we shape the coaching.
the money bit
Here’s the starting point.
Focused coaching
Three 60-minute sessions from £400
A shorter piece of work when three conversations give you enough room to explore, try things and see what changes.
Ongoing coaching
Six 60-minute sessions from £750
More room for the work to develop, be tested outside the sessions and build over time.
Payment plans are available.
Longer sessions, more support between conversations or a different way of working can change the price.
We’ll agree the cost before you commit. No mystery extras.
what happens next?
Start with Jen.
The first conversation is exactly that: a conversation.
We’ll talk about what you want from the coaching, how you like to work and who might be the right person to coach you.
Then we’ll agree the coach, the way we’re going to work and the cost.
After that, we sort the contract, payment and booking details and get on with it.
If coaching turns out not to be the right route, we’ll say so. Another part of Those Interesting People, or somebody outside it, may be more useful.
Fit before ego.
