A reflective space for your coaching, with room for new perspectives.
Step back from the work, look at it from another angle and explore what becomes clearer with a little distance.
Supervision gives you a regular place to reflect as your practice develops.
Supervision for the whole practice of being a coach
Supervision here is about more than talking through a tricky session. It gives us room to think about the quality of your practice, your development, the impact of the work and the realities around it.

If what you actually need is mentoring rather than supervision, we’ll say so.
Neuroinclusive by design
Come as you are – no need to tidy up beforehand
Every supervision relationship I offer is neuroinclusive as standard – not as an add-on, but as part of how we shape the space together.
I’ll bring curiosity, flexibility and a range of approaches, and we’ll shape the supervision space together so it works for you.
No need for your best work clothes, metaphorical or otherwise. Bring yourself and the work as they are. We’ll find a way of thinking together.
You’re choosing someone to think with.
Not necessarily someone who’ll tell you what to do.

Meet Jen
I’m Jen Smith, an ILM Level 7 qualified Coaching Supervisor and an Association for Coaching accredited executive coach
My work sits at the messy intersection of coaching, organisations, business, neuroinclusion, disability and real life – and supervision gives us somewhere to look at all of that without pretending your practice exists in a neat little box.
I draw on different approaches and techniques depending on what’s useful, rather than expecting you or your coaching to fit one prescribed way of working. We can look at the client work, the context around it, your own responses, the pressures sitting outside the session, and whatever else is shaping what’s happening.
My style is curious, pragmatic and human. I’ll challenge when it’s useful, stay open when neither of us has the answer yet, and help create a reflective space that works for you rather than asking you to perform supervision “properly”.
Bring you as you are. Bring the work as it is. We’ll think from there.
Find the supervision that fits
There isn’t one right format for everyone. The best fit depends on your practice, what you want (or need) from supervision and how you like to work.
Individual Supervision
Dedicated 1:1 space for your practice, with the continuity and depth of an ongoing supervisory relationship
Small Group Supervision
Thoughtful supervision with a maximum of three carefully matched coaches.
Deliberately small to allow the best possible thinking
external Supervision for organisations
Independent, external supervision for internal coaches, coaching pools and coaching leads.
Because coaches working inside an organisation need somewhere outside it to think.
The point isn’t the supervision session itself
It’s what you notice, question and take back into your coaching because you’ve had the time and space to reflect on it.
What about accreditation?
The short answer? It depends which professional body you ask.
EMCC, the Association for Coaching and ICF have different expectations around supervision, and requirements can also vary according to accreditation level, coaching volume and format.
Bring your requirements (if you have any!) to our first conversation and we’ll think about what makes sense for your practice.
Let’s start with a chat.
You don’t need to decide what sort of supervision you want before we speak.
Tell me about your coaching, what you’re looking for and what’s brought you here.
We’ll work out whether supervision with me feels like a good fit – and what format makes sense.
And if it turns out supervision isn’t actually what you need, we’ll work that out too.
